To create: Using a marker, trace all sides of the plastic envelope to the backside of the self-adhesive film. Cut out each section with scissors. Carefully peel and stick the film to your envelope. Starting from one corner, firmly apply pressure with the palm of your hand to smooth out air bubbles. Trim any excess film from the edges for a clean polished look.

I saw this on a blog. I’ll see if I can dig up the link. They’re basically made from popsicle sticks, spray-painted all white, acrylics for the colors and I didn’t have a special back for them so I made a loop out of a headpin and E-6000’d it to the back to attach the earring hooks.
